Davidson Barlett
Founder & CEO
A real estate guy before he was a technology pioneer, Davidson (Dave) Barlett sold income properties all over Florida for South Florida's oldest and largest commercial sales office. He was was also a hotel manager and merchant, and still holds a grudge against credit card fees and disputes, not to mention monthly sales tax remitances.
Steve Titleman
Chief Financial Officer
Steve is a former real estate project manager, general contractor and certified property manager for the largest property management company in Florida. He is currently a real estate lender and investor, and Porsche 911 owner in South Florida.
Peter Ward
Chief Technical Officer
Peter began his career in Silicon Valley before relocating to South Florida to form 12 Skies Tech. He has worked on custom payment systems, construction software platforms, messaging applications, E-commerce, smart contracts and everything in between. These days his daughter runs the business, and Peter oversees development with local as well remote teams in India and his native South Africa.
