Landollar is the world's first Mortgage Bank Digital Currency (MBDC). It funds the world's first stablecoin denominated mortgages.

This Florida home was built in 1986, and extensively updated in 2024. Although it's an older home, in one important respect it's the most modern home in the world today.

That's because it was financed with the world's first stablecoin mortgage, denominated in the world's first Mortgage Bank Digital Currency, LANDOLLAR.

USLD 200,000 was recorded on the 1st mortgage, and additional US Dollar financing in the form of a 2nd mortgage was also recorded for $130,000, for a total debt equivalent to $330,000.  The blended interest rate is 4.5% interest amortized over a typical 30 year term.
